ERNEST HEMINGWAY

The reputation of Ernest Hemingway has, in a very short time, reached such proportions that it has already become fashionable to disparage him, Edmund Wilson wrote in 1927.

That reputation and that fashion haven't died away even after eighty years. Read three Hemingway novels, his stories, and his memoir of Paris in the 1920's, and see what you think.
