MUSIC CS 103, Section 1 EC # 34330
WRITING FOR CHORUS

The goal is to learn the finer points of writing for chorus. The process will be to look at works from the repertory, from the Renaissance to the present, and to apply what we learn to actual works. Students will write two short works for mixed chorus, one in a vocally traditional idiom, the other not.

Instructor(s): Leslie Hogan
Time(s): Tuesday and Thursday, 1:30-3:00 pm
Place(s): Old Little Theatre, Rm. 154
