GREEN CCS

STUDENT COLLOQUIUM

The Green Revolution is beginning to take hold in our country and the epicenter is right here in Santa Barbara. Come be a part of this revolution on campus and help to green our own building, the College of Creative Studies. Learn important fundamentals about the greening process as it relates to buildings, how to successfully educate people about the process, receive funding and materials for the project, and implement changes that we find necessary. We will focus on everything from toilets to coffee mugs so it is vital to have many perspectives and ideas. All majors, disciplines, and ages are welcome and encouraged to sign up. Help to make our building a model and another example of smart and functional environmentalism on campus all while creating another dimension of community within our college.

Student Colloquia are limited to a maximum of Two (2.0) unitsPass. Units for this class are lower-division UCSB units.
