An annual festival of contemporary arts and digital media takes place on the campus of the University of California, Santa Barbara, April 17-21, with Clarence Barlow as the featured composer. Special guest artists include video artist Pascal Fendrich and composer Bernd Härpfer (April 17), clarinetist Gareth Davis (April 19), and guitarist Seth Josel (April 20). The festival will also feature UCSB's Ensemble for Contemporary Music on April 18 & 20, including new works for video by UCSB students and faculty, and the UCSB Dance Company on April 21.
