Teresa McWilliams has been the owner of Santana Properties, Inc. in Montecito since 1965. She earned a BA in English and minors in history and music at UCSB following two years of study at Berkeley. Teresa, who was born in Poland, spent a year of postgraduate work at the University of Warsaw in linguistics prior to returning to the United States. In addition to her real estate company, Teresa is actively involved with the Music Academy of the West in Santa Barbara as well as her own music company, Concert Artists' Management Productions.
