OH, THE HORROR!

Course Description

In this course, we will work together to practice the art of narrative horror. We will delve into the pillars of horror and the tools to use when creating in the genre, discuss different short narratives and their effectiveness in scaring their audience, as well as write collaboratively and workshop personal/final projects. We will examine a handful of works chosen by the instructor, along with student chosen pieces. The goal for this course is for writers and artists to feel comfortable creating within this genre.
